Nature of the product
All Sunday on Bowery products are custom, hand-illustrated artwork created by artist Emily Holtzman. Because each piece is made by hand, no two orders are identical. Minor artistic variation is inherent to the process and is part of the character of the work. Sunday on Bowery retains full creative discretion in the artistic interpretation of submitted photos and references.

order slots and production drops
Sunday on Bowery operates on a production drop system. When placing an order, you select the drop period during which your order will be produced.
• Orders enter production during the selected drop window, not immediately upon purchase.
• The drop date refers to the start of the working period, not the guaranteed delivery date.
• Production timelines may vary depending on order volume.
Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Due dates must be communicated when placing your order, before work begins!
Estimated timelines:
Full decks: 10 weeks from start of drop
Smaller orders: 6 weeks from start of drop
Printing for bulk orders: 1–2 weeks

Custom artwork policy
All custom artwork is created based on the references and details provided at the time of order. Because each piece is hand-illustrated, small stylistic variations are normal, exact photographic replication is not guaranteed, and the artist reserves the right to interpret references artistically.

Cancelations and refunds
Orders may not be canceled once your scheduled drop has begun, regardless of if inspiration photos have been sent or work has begun. Deposits and payments for work are non-refundable. If a cancelation request is made before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the artist.

Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear reference images; confirming names, spelling, and dates; and providing complete shipping information. The artist is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

intellectual property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Sunday on Bowery and artist Emily Holtzman. Purchasing artwork grants the customer ownership of the physical product only, not the copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold commercially, or used for branding or business purposes without explicit permission.
Sunday on Bowery reserves the right to use artwork for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests privacy prior to production.

communication policy
Communication over email is preferred to DM. The artist will contact the client with updates as they are available. The client will be notified when their order is complete and will be provided photos. Any due dates must be discussed ahead of production to be worked into the schedule.
Harassment, excessive messages and check-ins, or attempts to bypass communication channels may result in cancelation of the order.

SHIPPING
Shipping timelines depend on the selected drop and production schedule. Sunday on Bowery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Customers are responsible for providing a correct address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Orders include the original design requested at the onset. Major design changes may require additional fees.

Limitation of Liability
Sunday on Bowery is not liable for indirect damages, missed events due to shipping delays, interpretation differences inherent to custom artwork. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

By placing an order with Sunday on Bowery, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
